This year we were so busy the week before Halloween that we didn't get to carve our pumpkins until two nights before Halloween! I was a little upset that we couldn't show off our adorable jack-o-lanterns longer but at that point I was just happy we found time to do them! Dublin absolutely LOVED it! He even tried eating the top of the pumpkin and the would say "mmm good!" with a sour look on his face, it was so cute. The one thing he really did not like doing was helping me dig out the insides of the pumpkin, he hates when his hands are dirty and that was like torture for him. All in all I think we had a blast spending the night as a family carving pumpkin and I can't wait to do it again next year.
